Continuous Maintenance Programs
We offer custom maintenance plans that meet your scheduling and budgetary needs. The parameters of each job are dictated by the client's specific requirements, including regularly scheduled maintenance, custom jobs as well as unscheduled emergency situations.
Exterior Hardware Cleaning
All equipment and surfaces are cleaned according to the client's specs and requirements. This includes, but is not limited to; hand cleaning with micro-fiber wipes all server racks, CRAC units, PDU's, hardware, equipment, removing surface grime, dirt, and toner build-up. Includes chairs, windows, office equipment as well as sanitizing phones, fixtures and doors.
In addition, we offer HEPA vacuuming and/or wipe down of all exterior skins of cabinets, monitors and general flat surfaces, interior cabinet cleaning. All PCs, keyboards and screens will be thoroughly cleaned with a special anti-static solution. All desk, cabinets, file drawers and tables located in the computer room will also be thoroughly cleaned.
Top Of Raised Floor Cleaning
Before any work is done, we perform a thorough inspection of the areas to be cleaned, which usually involves a walk thru with a client. All accessible raised floor tiles will be neutralized, eliminating any static electricity build-up; all chairs, carts and boxes moved during the service will be returned to their original location.
We use only TRUE HEPA filtration vacuums and low-revolution buffers (both with interference-suppressed motors) to deep clean the surface of floors. All accessible tiles are hand scrubbed, and all marks, tape, glue, stains and ground in dirt are removed.
Under Floor Cleaning
Prior to lifting any floor tiles, we vacuum the entire surface area of the raised floor using a TRUE HEPA filtration vacuum. We vacuum the entire under floor (plenum) area, paying close attention to any cables, connections, sensors, piping and fire suppression systems. All floor stanchions, pedestals and stringers are checked for any defects prior to replacing the floor tiles.
During our processes no hardware is moved or lifted, and special attention is given to cables, wires, sensors, piping and fire protection. SPEC-CLEAN ensures that there will be no interruption to your equipment and/or your operation at any time.
Stringer & Pedestal Cleaning
As part of our underfloor decontamination process, all stringers and pedestal surfaces are wiped clean and all build-up is removed.
Zinc Whisker Remediation
SPEC-CLEAN pays close attention to zinc contamination, which is a growing source of equipment outages in computer rooms. During our processes, we perform visual checks for potential sources of zinc contamination. In the event of unusual zinc buildup, we alert the client and present them with a list of options, depending on the circumstances.
Specialized Carpet Maintenance
We use only low-foam water soluble/ammonia free carpet extractor, which reduces drying time to less than two hours. All carpets are vacuumed with specialized accessories adjusted to rug thickness and height, and all stained and/or high-traffic areas are pre-treated, if required.
